NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT:

Duane Hope – Prosperity In Motion, LLC

This Agreement is entered into effective as of Wednesday November 2, 2011 between Duane Hope (as Auction Market Blueprint™, the “Company”) and all purchasers of the Auction Market Blueprint™ (as “Recipient”).

Company is acting as an expert advising the recipient on how to explore, research, weigh and decide upon only outrageously profitable markets on eBay with pathetically weak competition, and for that purpose the Company will be making certain “Confidential Information” available to the Recipient (the "Purpose").

Recipient agrees that all information disclosed by the Company to the Recipient relating to the Company’s name, logos, branding, trademarks, technical data, trade secrets, potential markets, research methods, processes, discoveries, formulas, concepts, ideas, audios, videos, pdf’s, marketing plans, distribution methods, financial information and any and all other data shall be considered "Confidential Information".

However, Confidential Information shall not include information which, as Recipient can prove in written evidence, is known by Recipient at the time of disclosure or is lawfully obtained by Recipient without violation of a confidentiality obligation.

By Checking the box and purchasing the Auction Market Blueprint™, Recipient agrees to the following:

1. Recipient agrees all "Confidential Information" learned will not be shared or disclosed with any third party in any form including but not limited to oral, written, graphic and electronic.
2. Recipient agrees not to sell any "Confidential Information" in any form including but not limited to oral, written, graphic and electronic.
3. Recipient agrees not to record, re-record, write or rewrite any audio, video or text inside the member’s area pertaining to any "Confidential Information" under any circumstances.
4. Recipient agrees that any "Confidential Information" may not be used to teach, train, motivate  or coach any third party persons in any form including but not limited to oral, written, graphic and electronic.
5. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi.
